Are you interested in becoming part of a professional team while keeping an eye on fleet maintenance, working alongside mechanics, the transport office and parts suppliers?
We have a full time position available in our Allenwood depot, Co. Kildare, Ireland.
The ideal candidate should possess experience or knowledge within the transport industry.
In the role of Fleet Maintenance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Ensure that all documents are up-to-date and systematically organized.
Managing the documentation and scheduling of CVR testing for both trucks and trailers, as well as coordinating the transportation of these vehicles to and from the testing center.
Collecting parts needed for in-house workshop repairs, from various suppliers.
Scheduling 12-week inspections and services.
You will be maintaining a large fleet, so the proper knowledge and attitude will be needed to fill this role. There is no margin for error.
The selected candidate will be allocated a company van for the purpose of collecting parts. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for transporting trucks and trailers to testing centers for CVRT; therefore, possessing a full category CE driving license is essential.
